Powder Coated – Glazing Products

Symo Glazing manufactures powder coated steel windows and doors for residential, high-density housing and commercial purposes.  All ranges are thoroughly tested to ensure ISO 9000 compliance.

Frames are configured with both aesthetics and security in mind – designed to have an aluminium look, while possessing the strength of steel, they require low maintenance, yet offer durability.  Burglar bars are factory welded to the frames for added strength and security.  When fitting glass, no putty is required with the secure aluminium glaze beading system and a wedge gasket prevents removal from the outside.  All hinged doors are fitted with weather strips and high quality locks.

An in-house powder coating plant ensures high quality powder coating for both internally manufactured products as well as external powder coating requests from across the industry.  Comprising of five powder spray booths and ovens, it easily meets the necessary production volumes as well as the quality specifications.

As an added benefit, a factory sprayed masking product, PROTECTAPEEL is applied to the frames to protect them from damage during construction.  Forming a plastic film that can easily be peeled off, accelerating the cleaning process, on completion.
